iDJPool is for each individual DJ, not per company. Each DJ must have their own iDJPool account.
Redistribution of any MP3 file is strictly prohibited (No File Sharing).
We reserve the right to cancel / close your account at any time.
Refund Policy
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS
As we are offering non-tangible digital goods, we do not issue refunds after the purchase has been made to join.
Please note that by purchasing to join you agree to the terms of the Refund Policy - No Refunds.
Including no refunds for: Pandemic, War, Terrorism, Act Of God, National Emergency and any other type of Crisis or Disaster
We can change, update, adjust, delete or modify any of the MP3 package plans at anytime without any notice.
Automatic Monthly Payment (Auto-Pay) - This is a recurring monthly payment (Month-to-Month) (Every 30 days).
Your payment subscription will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your iDJPool membership.
All subscriptions are recurring until canceled. We will bill the monthly membership fee to the Payment Method you provide to us during registration (or to a different Payment Method if you change your account information).
If your payment fails, your account will be in default and you will not be able to download.
We will continue to try the card for 7 days. If the card fails after 7 attempts your account will be closed and you will have to rejoin.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your iDJPool membership at any time. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month's record pool membership fees (You must give us 2 Days Notice "48 Hours" in advance to cancel).
Please email us to cancel your membership and automatic payment subscription.
If you want to rejoin we only allow up to 3 start overs with no prepay required:
1st Start Over - You can rejoin with no prepay.
2nd Start Over - You can rejoin with no prepay.
3rd Start Over - You can rejoin with no prepay.
4th Start Over - To rejoin you will have to prepay 12 months.
(No payment will be due during these 12 months - You can go back to paying monthly after the 12 months)
